Something is weighing on our single mothers; something that affects their families and our whole community. Too often, they’re carrying it alone; but they don't have to.
Join Mpowerd for a powerful community conversation focused on the mental wellness of single mothers. This experience is designed to open hearts, spark honest dialogue, and bring our community together around real solutions.
A movie screening and a panel discussion will be at the heart of this meaningful discussion, where we’ll create space to better understand the unseen challenges—and how we can show up differently.

Why MOMmoves Matters
Single moms carry the weight of financial strain, childcare challenges, and emotional exhaustion, often without consistent support. When mental health is neglected, these burdens grow heavier — affecting not only mothers but also their children and communities. MOMmoves meets that need by creating safe spaces for healing, breaking down barriers to care, and equipping moms with the tools and relationships to thrive. Because when a mom heals, families are restored, and communities are strengthened.
MOMmoves: The Mental Wellness Edition is launching soon, and you’re invited to be part of this movement toward healing, hope, and wholeness.
